I was asked to wait 2 weeks while she went on holiday only to then be given the wrong e-appointment time, then as i waited at the front door a few days later i received a message saying she had changed her mind and was too busy. I cant comment on positives. I was very upset not only at the time wasted waiting for the appointment but also being let down so callously.
