Gearbox blew up at 50,000 miles on a 4 year old car and want over 2000 to fix?! Beware the dealer service secrets. The car has been fully maintained and serviced but not by Audi so making me cough up. Bought on Audi finance promised that the car would not be in negative equity as long as no excessive mileage... this is not the case as currently my finance owes 10,000 and they only value the car at 6,000?!!! Lies and conditional use of the servicing or your car will be unusable.
1st class customer service. The customer service was brilliant from start to finish. I recently brought a used car from bright at Audi Worthing he was great and he kept us updated all though the process. Speedy and friendly service. The car was also prepared for collection to an outstanding standard. Will highly recommend to anyone. Greatest customer service ever, looked after my A6 quick and easy fix I had a coffee while I waited in their waiting area and all was done in half hour with a huge unexpected discount wow! very very happy with the service I received thanks guys
